One of the many benefits to publishing this magazine is that my friends tell me about their great budget savvy purchases.
My friend Sally, who I wrote about previously in "Sally's Blouse", just made two terrific scores on eBay. She snagged a gorgeous Ann Taylor suit for just $36. The suit retails at $175. She saved $139!
She also picked up a brand new Banana Republic, pinstriped suit for $25 which normally retails at $350. She saved a whopping $325 on this find.
Because she purchases clothes from Ann Taylor and Banana Republic often and their sizing is consistent, she knew the suits would fit. In fact, she looks great in them!
So, Sally's purchase of two suits for just $61 saved her a total of $464. Not bad for a few clicks of the mouse!
